Latitude
Kicking off the list is the base-level Latitude trim, which comes equipped with a 2.4-liter inline-4 paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission, which produces 180 horsepower and 171 lb-ft of torque. The Latitude also provides an extensive list of standard features, including a 7-inch Uconnect 4 touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, as well as a digital information display. The standard safety package includes forward-collision warning with active braking, lane departure warning with lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, hill-start assist, rain-sensing wipers, and more.

Latitude Plus
The Latitude Plus is the second trim level of the bunch, and utilizes the same 2.4-liter 4-cylinder engine as the Latitude. However, the Latitude Plus kicks things up a notch with the inclusion of more comfort and convenience features. For example, the Latitude Plus welcomes the addition of standard heated seats for the driver and front passenger, as well as a heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel. There are also LED foglights, a windshield wiper de-icer, and remote start that you can control via the Uconnect smartphone app.

Latitude Lux
The Latitude Lux is brand-new for 2021, and brings with it a selection of new features. Notably, this trim welcomes a second engine option to the lineup, that being the 3.2-liter V6 offering 271 horsepower and 239 lb-ft of torque. The Latitude Lux also features buttery Nappa leather-trimmed interior, and a 4-way power-adjustable driver's seat with lumbar support for added comfort. The seats and steering wheel are also heated for those chilly mornings in the fall and winter. Additional features include keyless entry and ignition with remote start, and LED exterior lighting for the headlights, tail lights and fog lights.

Limited
The Limited trim offers the most luxurious equipment of the Cherokee lineup. For 2021, it now features a standard dual-pane panoramic sunroof, offering stunning views and plenty of natural light. The Limited also features the Uconnect 4C NAV which includes integrated navigation, as well as a larger, upgraded 8.4-inch touchscreen. This system supports Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Sirius XM radio. Also standard on the Limited are premium Nappa-leather trimmed seats with heating and power lumbar support.

Trailhawk
The Trailhawk trim has been Jeep Trail Rated, meaning it's proven itself in a series of off-roading tests and excelled in areas such as maneuverability, traction, and even water-fording. It employs the 3.2-liter V6 with its 271 horsepower and 239 lb-ft of torque, resulting in a towing capacity of 4,500 pounds. The Trailhawk has a distinctive appearance featuring a wide black hood decal, raised suspension giving it increased ground clearance, and an aggressive stance on its all-terrain tires. Additional features include striking red tow hooks in the front and rear, a locking rear axle, and Hill-Descent Control to help with traction and stability on uneven ground.
