THE WORLD'S ONLY ELECTRIC MUSCLE CAR

670 Horsepower + All-Wheel Drive

The Charger Daytona Scat Pack features twin 335-horsepower electric motors with one driving the front wheels, and one driving the rear wheels creating a combined 670 horsepower and estimated 627 lb-ft of instant torque. The rear motor houses a mechanical limited slip differential to minimize slipping during high powered all-wheel drive launch moments. Add in Line Lock for smoky burnouts and Launch Control for the perfect start off the line.

Powered By Lithium Ion

The Charger Daytona 100.5 kWh high-voltage battery was designed from the inside out to support one thing—performance. To achieve optimal performance, the best materials are necessary. That's why the Charger Daytona lithium-ion based battery features a high energy density nickel cobalt aluminum chemistry, which is packaged into prismatic cell structures and distributed across 13 in-series modules. The result—this high-voltage battery delivers a blistering initial peak of 550 kW of power and sustains over 500 kW of power to the electric motors for a full 1/4 mile.

YOU'LL KNOW IT'S DODGE

True To Form

Built with a standard widebody design, the wheels are pushed to the absolute maximum widest position allowing an available staggered tire setup; 305/35ZR20XL front, 325/35ZR20 rear Goodyear Eagle® F1 Supercar® 3 tires.

The World's First Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust

The patent-pending Fratzonic Chambered Exhaust elevates the Charger Daytona experience and embodies Dodge's legacy of raw power and adrenaline-pumping performance. With a soon to be iconic roar as commanding as a supercharged V8, the Fratzonic exhaust will deliver the feedback you expect to hear when driving a Dodge.

How is the 2024 Dodge Charger Daytona Powered?

Affectionately known as the world's first and only muscle car, the all-new Charger Daytona sits on an all-electric platform, void of an internal combustion engine. While this may seem contradictory to a muscle car, allow us to assure you that the all-electric Dodge Charger simply will not disappoint when it comes to muscle car performance. The extraordinary power and zero-emissions driving come from a pair of electric drive modules (EDMs). With one on each axle, these EDMs produce 335 horsepower and 300 lb-ft of torque, each combining for a total of up to 670 horsepower! This power translates into a 3.3-second 0-60 time and a quarter-mile time of 11.5 seconds! The EDMs are powered by a rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack with a 100.5-kilowatt-hour capability. With an EDM on each axle, the Charger Daytona provides drivers with all-wheel drive traction, giving them confidence in any weather. When driving conditions are dry and smooth, however, the Charger Daytona features a front wheel-end disconnect. This disengages the front EDM, running solely in rear-wheel drive. To further enhance traction during inclement weather or on the track, an electronic limited-slip rear differential joins the EDM on the rear axle.

Classic Yet Modern Design of the 2024 Dodge Charger

While nodding at the Charger's rich heritage, the design of the 2024 Charger launches the model into the future with an eclectic blend of vintage Dodge styling cues and an ultra-modern overall design. The overall shape of the Charger is completely altered to be more streamlined, aerodynamic, and altogether more modern. Meanwhile, Dodge placed a classic twist on the front end with the patent-pending R-Wing. The new front-end R-Wing is a modern version of the R-Wing found on the rear of the 1969 Charger Daytona, the world's first production car to reach 200 MPH. The R-Wing serves to both enhance the design but also the performance by increasing downforce and optimizing the frontal aerodynamics. The 2024 Charger also Dodge's Rhombi emblem, using the Fratzog logo found on Dodge models from the 1962 through 1976 model years. At the center of the grille, the triangular Fratzog emblem is illuminated with white LED lighting, while the rear is red. The Fratzog triangle can also be found on the wheel center caps and the center of the steering wheel. Inside, the iconic driver-centric layout remains, with the center stack leaned slightly to face the driver. The cabin also features a repositioned ignition button, now found on the lower part of the center stack for a more intuitive starting experience. Nodding at the more classic Charger models is a modern iteration of the 'pistol grip' shifter found in the Chargers from the 60s and 70s. Meanwhile, Dodge's high-performance nature shines brightly with the race-inspired flat top and bottom steering wheel. While black cloth leatherette-trimmed upholstery comes as standard equipment for the 2024 Charger, full Nappa leather seating in either Black or Demonic Red is optional.

2024 Dodge Charger Advanced High-Performance Tech

Of course, the all-electric powertrain of the 2024 Charger Daytona is high-tech. However, Dodge uses advanced technology to enhance both the performance of the Charger and the driving range. For example, the Charger Daytona comes with a total of eight standard and available drive modes. The standard drive modes are Auto, Eco, Sport, Track, and Wet/Snow. Upon selection, these modes make adjustments to the power output, torque split, transmission shift points, traction control, steering feel, and suspension stiffness, among other vehicle systems, to provide optimal performance on the selected condition. Meanwhile, the Scat Pack trim adds more high-performance drive modes. Drag Mode, for example, optimizes the powertrain to improve launch times, enhance traction, and increase straight-line acceleration on the drag strip. Meanwhile, the Scat Pack also comes with Donut mode, allowing drivers to spin the rear wheels around the front ones without any intervention from the traction control system. Finally, Drift mode also comes on the Scat Pack, activating three levels of slip angles and redistributing most of the available torque to the rear axle to help manage the slip angle. Simultaneously, the suspension dampers become fully soft in the front while fully stiff in the rear to enable an oversteer condition. Finally, Drift Mode enables the traction control system to allow the differentials to power all four wheels at different speeds to stay in control without triggering a traction control fault code. Finally, the Charger Daytona uses Dodge's new PowerShot feature, unlocking 30 additional horsepower for a 15-second burst at the push of a button.
