Ram Care is an exclusive membership program filled with exciting benefits and perks created to bring our owners the utmost care and 24/7 support. When you purchase an eligible Ram Brand vehicle, you will automatically be enrolled in a 24-month Ram Care membership. A Ram Care membership can also be purchased on other 2014 model year or newer vehicles.
What RAM trucks eligible for the RAM Care Plan?
Purchasers of select Ram Brand Vehicles are automatically enrolled in the Ram Care program for 2 years. Any 2021 or newer RAM 1500, 2500, or 3500 qualifies for the RAM care program. Select 2017 model year, and newer Ram Brand vehicles are eligible for Ram Care. If you own a 2014 RAM or newer vehicles, you have the opportunity to enroll for an annual fee and experience the benefits that the Ram Care program has to offer.Â
Why was the RAM Care Plan created?
The Ram Care program was created to provide select Ram vehicle owners with exclusive 24/7 Ram vehicle owner support and a special package of benefits to enhance the ownership experience.
What are the benefits of the RAM Care Plan?
Whether it's time to work or time to punch out and play, Ram Care has your back with exclusive, no-nonsense support and preferred access to VIP experiences at your dealership and Ram events nationwide. Members' benefits include exclusive Ram vehicle owner support, maintenance services, VIP treatment at Ram Brand events across the country, peace of mind with trip interruption protection, first-day rental coverage, and a unique website experience. Each 2-year membership offers four oil changes and four tire rotations to be used over the membership term. One-year renewal memberships provide two oil changes and two tire rotations to be used over the membership term.
How does the trip interruption coverage work on the RAM Care Plan?
With the RAM Care plan, you receive trip interruption coverage. The Plan will reimburse up to $1,000/event for lodging, meals, and emergency transportation such as taxi, bus, or airline for the member and their family. In the event, your vehicle is inoperable due to a failure covered under this Plan or the factory warranty, and you are more than 100 miles from home.
